‘Shockingly Vivid’ has a bright pink base that adds an explosion of energy to the piece. This pink layer shows through lighter, see-through layers and changes the hues and shades of the colour painted on top of it.
This painting was created when I ordered a dark pink coloured paint, and when I opened the tube, the paint inside was a shockingly different shade of pink.
